5 February 2015 The UK’s favourite parcel delivery company DPD has won its first industry awards of the year, topping two categories at the prestigious MetaPack Delivery Excellence Awards.
The awards recognised the firm’s outstanding track record in innovation and customer services.
MetaPack is the UK’s leading delivery management company and the awards aim to celebrate outstanding performance in the eCommerce industry.There was great news for DPD’s fast-growing international business as it scooped the Best Cross Border Delivery Initiative category. The award recognised DPD’s ability to ‘enable seamless delivery of international orders, providing a positive experience at every customer touch-point.’
DPD also won Best Provider of Outstanding Service for ?sustaining an excellent level of service efficiency and dedication to exceeding the customer’s expectations.’
