Is that possible to track the package in another way or is it totally “disappeared”according to tracking systems?

We are not affiliated with Asendia. But we know the reason. When your package arrival to another country, your package will deliver by another courier with a different tracking number, this tracking number can’t be track in your sender’ tracking system.

You need to know this: when you package arrivel at another country, it can not be tracked by Asendia, because it will be send by another carrier with a different tracking number which is not in the same system. So we can’t get tracking status.

I ordered from the website Modcloth who uses you. I was promised arrival of package in 5-10 days. Asendia picked it up and then did not do anything with it for 10 days and just now it has been scanned still in the usa going to usps who do not deliver to the UK so that doesn’t make sense.

I live in the UK and we use Royal mail, Modcloth says asendia delivers it to the UK and then royal mail gets it. Why is it being sent to USPS if they dont deliver it to the UK but your status says it’s sent to the delivery agent?! Please explain what happens next and when I can expect this. I am fustrated and will never use a website that uses asendia ever again. This is the worst mailing service, stay away!
I want to know where my package goes next, the transit time for time and if it’s in the UK or US. Why is it being sent to USPS for delivery when THEY DONT DELIVER IT. Asendia sends it for them until a carrier here takes it.
