FAQ of DX Tracking
Where do I find my DX tracking number?
The company who is sending you an item for delivery via DX may have asked us to send you a text with the tracking number in advance.
If DX have attempted to make a delivery to you, and this was not completed, the courier will have left you a ‘calling card’.
On the calling card you will find either a tracking or consignment number that you can use to track your item or, if available, to you book a redelivery.
If you are eligible for a redelivery, the option will be given to you in your delivery status.
What should I do if I don’t have a DX tracking number?
If you do not have a tracking number it is unlikely we have an item for delivery to you yet, so in the first instance you should contact the sender of the item. In the interests of the security of items in our care, DX will require a tracking number before any information on an item will be provided.
If you are a recipient and believe we have an item (a passport, credit card, concert ticket, or online retail purchase, or another DX Secure delivery) but do not have the tracking number, please contact us.
If you are a DX business Customer please check your service log book or on the copy of the consignment note where the tracked label number for the item should be recorded. If you cannot find the tracking number, then please contact us and we will be happy to help.

  • If your tracking number contains 9, 10 or 13 digits, please call 0844 371 0000*

  • If your item originates in the Republic of Ireland, please call 01 879 1700
