  418. Hi, I forgot to pick up a document package from the Manila Delivery Hub 2. 139531234171 As I have checked the tracking status, it says “Shipment is with a concern. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels”, and Arrived at PENDING-HANGAR EXCHANGE. Where should I pick this up now? Thank you.   421. Hello LBC people, is there anyway that your company can be honest for once. I live in Oregon and every time I send boxes they always keep mine last. According to your documentations says that it will only take 30 days shipping and we expect that. My box picked up dec 2 and they don’t ship it until January 2nd from Portland WHY? That is not what they told me that they are going to hold all my boxes when I already paid for all of it. ^ boxes and the worst part about it the receiver only received the 4 boxes and the other 3 boxes doesn’t arrive yet until now. Stop the lies already and be honest to your customers. You make money from us too right? here’s the tracking number of the last 2 boxes. 1125777397 and 1125777389. check that.

      • I sent 6 boxes December 2, 2017 and they received the 4 boxes already 2 weeks now. That mean the 2 boxes should be there by now or in Bikol. Like I said they picked up the 6 boxes at the same time the same day and the person who picked it up says that it’s been sent out the very next day. So who is a liar here? I am so tired of the lies and the negligence of LBC people in Portland. How many boxes do you have right now to send to Bikol?

  422. Stop doing the favoritism in your office already and I think that’s what’s going on there all this time. They don’t pay attention to the date and why can’t they hired more people so they can fallow up with the dates instead of 2 or 3 people hugging all the work when they know they can’t afford to do all the work in the warehouse. And when you call them they are so rude with an attitude. Maybe you should consider replacing your people in the office in Portland Oregon. Put more people in there you guys make enough money to pay your people or maybe you should start paying them the right salary that they deserve too.

  431. hi. I tried sending a package last august 12, 2020. It was not received by the consignee, and now im waiting for the item to be shipped back to me.
