Q. I would like to track my parcel
A. You may track the status of your parcel using tracking number at ‘Tracking’ menu of Qxpress website.
Q. How can I track un-registered parcel?
A. If your delivery type is Normal Mail which means un-registered mail, your parcel’s delivery should be made by Singpost. You can just check when your parcel is handed over to Singpost on Qxpress tracking system. Also this delivery type takes about 10 working days after the parcel is handed over to Singpost. If you can’t receive it until expected period, Please let your seller know via qoo10 site.
Q. How can I pick up my item?
A. You may go and pick-up your parcel.
Please check with Singapore team in order to arrange self-collection.

Q. I have not received some parts of all items.
A. For your missing item in the package, since we are Delivery Company, I am afraid we cannot help you problems for the item issues.
We do not open the parcel when we receive the parcel from the seller.
If there had been damages to the package, I will help you with the missing item.
