(Nasdaq:YRCW) today announced that James A. “Jim” Fry has been named vice president, general counsel, and secretary for YRC Worldwide, effective April 20, 2015. Fry is leaving his position as general counsel and secretary at Swift Transportation in Phoenix, Arizona, where he worked since 2008.
