The State Post Bureau requires its local offices to provide good postal services, especially the Beijing Municipality Post Administration Bureau, which provides services to the 3rd Session of the 12th National People’s Congress (NPC) and the 3rd Session of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), according to an official notice issued before the Sessions opened.
The meetings, also known as the “Two Sessions” are the most important annual legislative events in China. They are usually held in Beijing each year, in early March.
