(07/05/2014) As a result of this review, there will an increase in price to all Express Couriers Ltd products and services, which has been aligned to the Consumers price index (CPI) less vehicle fuels.
The increase to the CPI less vehicle fuels for the 12 months to 31st March 2014 is 1.6%, and we will be applying this rate across all products and services from 1st July 2014.
Excluding the fuel component from CPI recognises our Variable Fuel Rate that is already in place.
We have announced our APA with almost two month’s notice in order to assist our customers with their financial planning process. We are acutely aware of the impact that pricing adjustments have on our customers, and for that reason we have worked hard to ensure that this increase is fair, equitable and transparent.
