Xend FAQ Delivery and Tracking

What are your delivery areas for provincial shipments?

We course our provincial shipments nationwide through LBC or 2GO.

What is your transit time for provincial deliveries?

We course our provincial deliveries nationwide through LBC and 2GO and the transit time is 1 to 3 business days (excluding Holidays and Sundays) provided that the address is complete and the receiver is available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. If the address is incomplete or the receiver is unavailable to receive the package, this will delay the delivery.

How do I track my shipment?

Just go to www.xend.com.ph and enter your tracking number into the express tracker field.

How do I contact Xend?

There are 3 ways to get in touch with us:

  1. Email: [email protected]
  2. Quick Help: Click on the support tab located at www.xend.com.ph

What does it mean if my shipment status is “Shipment on hold”?

Shipment may be held in the Xend Warehouse due to (but not limited to) any of the following reasons: consignee is unavailable/unknown, incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or three (3) unsuccessful delivery attempts has already been made. Should this happen, we will get in touch with the consignee for delivery arrangements, but if the consignee is unavailable we will contact the shipper instead.

We reserve the right to return shipments not resolved within seven (7) business days to the shipper.
