    Now what the hell does that mean? I checked with the local post? Which is saudi post and they have no idea,they want a tracking number and bpost tracking does not work with them. Can someone help

      • Thanks Leo, but can you advise on what’s happening with my package, I have no clue on what’s going on, and the sender is not much help. They keep asking me to check with the post office, but the Saudi Post needs a valid tracking number to check, they cannot check with a tracking number of bpost. Can you tell me what does it actually means when I see ( your shipment has been delivered to the post operator of the country of destination ) does it mean that it arrived the destination country or it means that it departed to the destination country.

        • When your bpost package has been delivered to the post operator of the country of destination, your package will be deliver by that post operator with a new tracking number by them. Generally, bpost know this new tracking number, so we suggest you contact bpost. If they can’t provide you the new one, you can just wait.

J’ai effectivement à plusieurs reprises téléphoné au service clients mais on ne peut pas m’aider si ce n’est que me dire de patienter.cela fera un mois que mon paquet à quitter la Corée.ma déception est bien grande.et me met franchement hors de moi. Je ne sais pas si vous pouvez m’aider car l’application ne bouge plus et le délai de sept jours pour le dédouanement est largement dépassé

    Bonsoir ceci est le numéro de suivi. Malgré les multiples communications avec le services clients on me dit de patienter malgré les 18 jours d’attente à la douane. Rien ne bouge et ce paquet est parti de la Corée du Sud le 19 août et arrivé en Belgique le 29 août. Le délai de douane est largement dépassé mais on ne veux rien me dire. Par contre pour participer à des concours on connaît bien mon adresse mail. J’espère que vous pourrez m’aider à savoir ce qu’il en est avec mon petit paquet de ma fille. Comme cadeau. Bien à vous

  55. Hi, my tracking number is LTN215484054N1 the status said the item was delivered on the 18th October at 17:47, however, I did not receive a delivery at my address. I was home all day on the 18th and nothing was left in the porch, nobody rang the door bell, no notice slip left. I even asked the neighbours – no deliveries.
    I live in the UK and the parcel comes from Istanbul, Turkey, I ordered 2 gong stands. When I tract my parcel on the bp-webside. under my tracing code came up an item from Belgium to France with is 2.5×2.5×2.5cm big and 540g heavy, that is definitely no gong stands. Please help me find my stands. I searched long and hard and could find no telephon number to contact bp-post in the UK.
